Collection: Original paintings by Orkney artist Jane Glue

All of my original paintings come direct to you from my studio and are created and painted by using a variety of mixed media materials such as watercolours, acrylic paint, collage and 'found' items while beach combing along Orkney's shorelines. I like to use a multi layered technique, building up the surface with layers of collage, paint and subtle memories. My paintings consist of many different subjects such as the landscape, coastline, cottage ruins and wild birds of Orkney. 

Many of my original paintings are framed professionally at Orkney Photographic for same day processing and printing, wedding, portrait, news and sports photography in Kirkwall and have been especially chosen to match each original painting.
