SALE Original painting/Silver gull and butterflies

An original mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue.

This abstract painting of magenta pink flowers within a purple and brown landscape was painted using a mixture of geli printing, acrylic paint and collage. Within the painting you can see two butterflies taken from a vintage book of butterflies and moths. I have also added in a silver gull covered with silver leaf.

This image is painted on a thick watercolour board and mounted against a cream mountboard. It is framed in a 15mm wide white wood moulding with perspex rather than glass. The overall size is 330X330mm.
