Limited edition print/The last of the seapinks

A limited edition print from a mixed media painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in editions of 100 prints.

 I used some 'found' rusted paper in the foreground of this picture to create the soil. I really like seapinks, they grow all around the cliffs here in Orkney and locally they are called 'curly doddies'! This image was done at the end of the summer, just when the flowers are fading, hence the title.
