Limited edition print/Puffin twins

A limited edition print from a watercolour painting by Orkney artist Jane Glue
printed on C-Type Matt paper in print run's of 100 of each size.

Puffins are wonderfully cute seabirds and great fun to paint! I have especially emphasized the beautiful colours of their beaks and feet in this watercolour picture. These two birds were at Burrian castle on the island of Westray, one of my favourite puffin watching locations. You can take a day trip from Kirkwall by boat to Westray, it is well worth the visit! Puffins arrive in Orkney at the beginning of April and stay until mid August when they leave to spend the winter at sea.
