Maeshowe is a famous neolithic tomb situated in Orkney's world heritage site near the stone circle of The Ring of Brodgar. This picture of a sunset takes in the view of Maeshowe with Harray and Stenness loch behind. You can also see The Ring of Brodgar sitting above the narrow length of land between the lochs. We have beautiful sunset's in Orkney and on this evening the sky was a spectacular colour of 'rose pink'.
