Card - Swallows

Folded blank Card size: A6 14.5 x 10. 0 cm   Blank inside with a re-cycled craft envelope. 

I love to see the swallows arrive, you know summer has arrived! This painting is a composite image of several swallows, I wanted to evoke the feelings of the swallows swooping fast in all directions. I originally printed the swallows on to tissue paper using the geli printing technique, I then layered the painting adding in more texture as I went along and lastly adding the gold text of SWALLOWS up the left side of the painting.
