A great way to add value to an artist's artwork is to produce hand embellished prints. This makes each print unique and adds value for the purchaser.
A lot of my more recent paintings have been in mixed media using all sorts of materials from collage to cold wax so I thought it would be interesting to add some different elements to a few of my print designs. I have an ever changing collection of these prints for sale and I have used a mixture of acrylic paint, (sometimes quite thickly), oil crayons, collage and gold and silver leaf to paint over the prints high lighting different areas. These different mediums certainly give a different feel to each picture and make an interesting unique image. Each embellished print is signed and titled over the image.
